At present, there is no special antidote for silkworm pupae poisoning, and its treatment is commonly based on the following points: 1. In the early stage of poisoning, emetic, gastric lavage, and diarrhea can be adopted to promote the excretion of toxins; 2. Active rehydration, diuresis, and promotion of toxin dilution as well as excretion; 3. Maintaining the stability of the internal environment, as well as correcting the disturbance of water, electrolyte, and acid-base balance; 4. If an allergic reaction or even anaphylaxis occurs, active anti-allergic and anti-shock treatment is required.
