What does poor endometrial continuity mean?

Poor endometrial continuity means that the endometrium may have been damaged due to a history of uterine surgery, resulting in incomplete adhesions in the uterine cavity, which can be detected by ultrasound examination. The main manifestation is a significant decrease in menstrual flow after the operation of the uterine cavity, and this decrease will be about 1/3 or more than the previous menstrual flow, which is highly suspected to be caused by uterine adhesions. It is recommended that after 3 to 7 days of menstruation, if there are no contraindications, hysteroscopy can be done to separate the adhesions, and a birth control ring can be placed to prevent the possibility of re-adhesions, and after the operation, oral supplementation is needed to promote the growth of the endometrium in order to restore menstruation to normal.
