What are the symptoms of the recent flu

Influenza refers to the common cold, and people who have recently had influenza may experience symptoms such as high fever, headache, and body weakness. Influenza is mainly caused by infection with influenza virus, which is a category C infectious disease and can be spread from person to person through contact and droplets. For those who have recently suffered from influenza, they may experience symptoms such as high fever (body temperature between 38 ~ 41℃), headache, weakness, chills and generalized muscle aches and pains, which may affect their quality of life and health. In addition to the above typical symptoms, some people with influenza may or may not experience other symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, discomfort behind the sternum, flushing, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. For some severe cases of influenza, the symptoms may include difficulty breathing, cyanosis (purple and black coloring of the lips), drowsiness, convulsions, chest pain, and persistent high fever. Influenza patients need to be quarantined. Some people with influenza will recover on their own, but for those with serious conditions, they should be actively treated under the guidance of a doctor and should not use medication indiscriminately. Daily attention to rest, ensure nutritional intake, should also drink more water, appropriate exercise.
