Gastroenterology is mainly the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer; unexplained acute and chronic vomiting blood, blood in the stool, black stool patients, suspected of the existence of gastrointestinal hemorrhage; inflammatory bowel disease; polyps; liver disease; pancreatic disease, and so on.
2. Different treatment methods: anorectal department is mainly based on surgery. Gastroenterology is mainly based on internal medicine, i.e., drug treatment, and some endoscopic surgery is feasible.
