Nosebleeds from falling on the back of the head may be caused by rupture of blood vessels in the mucous membrane of the nose, or considered to be caused by diseases such as skull base fracture. It is recommended to go to the hospital for timely examination and treatment so as not to delay treatment. If the patient accidentally falls to the back of the head, it may hit the nose, resulting in rupture of blood vessels in the nasal mucosa and nosebleed. Generally, the bleeding can be stopped after applying cold compresses or compressing the nasal cavity.
