2.Solution:
(1) General treatment: It is recommended to clean the face daily and not to squeeze, rub or scratch the skin. Avoid high-sugar diet, eat less cake, candy and so on. Adopt good living habits, don’t stay up late, don’t touch your face with dirty hands.
(2) Medication: Repeated acne on the face, not accompanied by obvious inflammation or infection, you can use local topical medication alone, such as retinoic acid drugs such as adapalene gel, topical anti-infective drugs such as fusidic acid cream. For moderate to severe patients with obvious infection, oral antibacterial drugs such as doxycycline are recommended.
(3) Physical therapy: Physical therapy can be considered for acne patients who cannot tolerate medication. Commonly used methods include photodynamic therapy and laser therapy.
