Saffron Infusion

When brewing saffron, take 3~5 sticks and put them into a cup, brew 200~300 ml of hot water and drink it after a few moments. The medicinal part of saffron is the stigma, not the petals, so you don’t need to use too much water when brewing, and the brewing time should not be too long. When brewing, it is appropriate to use 80~90 degrees of hot water, which is conducive to the realization of the medicinal effect. Saffron has a special aroma, slightly stimulating, flat, slightly bitter flavor, and belongs to the heart meridian and liver meridian. Saffron has the functions of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis (promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis), cooling blood and removing toxins (referring to the treatment of blood-heat and toxins), and relieving depression and tranquilizing the mind.
