There is no concept of blood water in the clinic, what the common people call blood water may be blood or plasma, but both have nothing to do with myoglobin, and cannot be compared, there is no difference. Myoglobin is a small molecule pigment protein, mainly found in the transverse striated muscle cells of muscle tissue, such as cardiac muscle cells, skeletal muscle cells, is a component of muscle rather than blood. Its main function is to transport and store oxygen. The serum level of myoglobin is minimal in normal people, and when cardiac or skeletal muscle is injured, myoglobin is released into the bloodstream, which is manifested by an elevated level of myoglobin in the blood. Therefore, myoglobin has some value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction and skeletal muscle injury. However, because of its poor specificity, it is not the main indicator for confirming the diagnosis.
