  The World Health Organization classifies pain into 0-IV pain, and the pain of childbirth belongs to II-III pain.  1.0 degree: no pain; 2.I degree: mild pain, intermittent pain, no medication; 3.II degree: moderate pain, continuous pain, affect rest, need to use painkillers; 4.III degree: severe pain, continuous pain, no medication can not relieve the pain; 5.IV degree: severe pain, continuous severe pain with changes in blood pressure, pulse, etc.  Many people rumor that the pain is 10 or 12, this is not the standard pain classification.
