What’s with the tingling in the finger, no prick, no wound?



Finger tingling without pricks or wounds may be associated with conditions such as polyneuritis, Raynaud’s disease, and arthritis of the fingers.

1. Polyneuritis: when suffering from polyneuritis, finger tingling occurs symmetrically and is accompanied by sensory loss and motor disorders.

2. Raynaud’s disease: When the fingers are cold or emotional, tingling can be triggered, and accompanied by the extremities of the skin pale or turn purple, flushing.

3. Arthritis of the fingers: if the joints of the distal finger tips show nodules of bony hyperplasia and gradually increase, it is easy to induce pain after contact with cool water or hand strain.
