The chances of a woman ovulating two eggs per month are very low, unless she takes ovulation-promoting medication, most women ovulate one egg a month. There are about a dozen eggs that develop in each cycle, but most of them only have one egg that develops and matures and is discharged. Occasionally, two eggs will mature and be discharged, but the chances of that are relatively low. If you take medication to promote ovulation, you may be able to expel three to four eggs.
