What’s wrong with constipation and black feces?

Constipation and black stools are mostly related to diet, drugs and diseases that cause gastrointestinal bleeding, such as spinach, dragon fruit, iron, bismuth, gastroduodenal ulcer.

3. Diseases: for example, gastroduodenal ulcer causes gastrointestinal bleeding, hemophilia, leukemia and other blood diseases can also lead to the production of black stools, because the iron in the blood in the intestinal tract to form iron sulfide, resulting in black stools.
