Tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes: Tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes is often caused by the infection of tuberculosis bacillus through tonsils, and the patients can have unilateral or bilateral enlargement of cervical lymph nodes, which is hard and painless to touch. In later stages, the lymph nodes may fuse with each other to form a mass.
