Clinically used diuretics, β-blockers, CCB, ACEI, ARB five categories of antihypertensive drugs, in addition to diuretics can be prescribed long-term application, such as metoprolol, nifedipine, captopril, valsartan and so on. 1. β-receptor antagonists: through the inhibition of central and peripheral RAAS to achieve antihypertensive effect, commonly used metoprolol, bisoprolol and so on. This kind of drug not only reduces the blood pressure in the quiet state, but also has a certain effect on keeping the blood pressure stable. However, they cannot be stopped suddenly, which will lead to withdrawal syndrome, and are generally recommended for long-term regular use. 2. The long-term use of this drug can lower blood pressure on the basis of anti-atherosclerosis, clinically recommended use of long-acting preparations to lower blood pressure. 3. Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI): this drug is widely used in clinical practice, and captopril is common. Contraindications are: bilateral renal artery stenosis, renal insufficiency, hyperkalemia and so on. Adverse reactions include angioedema and dry cough. Long-term use is recommended for patients without contraindications and adverse reactions 4. Angiotensin II receptor inhibitors (ARB): such as chlorosartan, valsartan.
