How should pyloric duct ulcers be prevented?

Pyloric duct ulcers, pathophysiologically similar to duodenal ulcers (DU), have a general increase in gastric acid. Pyloric duct ulcers often lack the periodic and rhythmic pain of typical ulcers, with postprandial epigastric pain being common, poor response to antacids, easy vomiting or pyloric obstruction, and more complications such as perforation or bleeding. The disease has a tendency to recur and is associated with pyloric duct smooth muscle contraction dysfunction and an ulcerated surface that does not heal easily. Prognosis: With the development of effective medical treatment, the prognosis is far better than in the past and has significantly reduced the mortality rate of peptic ulcer to less than 1%. the mortality rate in patients under 30 years of age is almost equal to zero; death in older patients is mainly due to complications, especially hemorrhage and acute perforation. Prevention: 1. First, we must quit smoking, alcohol, strong tea, coffee and other hobbies related to the development of ulcers. Avoid the use of ulcer-causing drugs. 2, Do not eat acidic things, and sour oranges, groundnut flour, cold, hard rice. 3.Use meals that are multiple, small, less irritating and easy to digest. 4.Avoid mental tension and reduce psychological stress. Life should be regular and combine work and rest.
