How to deal with foot odor

Foot odor is generally referred to as tinea pedis, which can usually be handled through general treatment, topical medication as well as oral medication.
1. General treatment: pay attention to keep feet clean and dry, usually wear loose and breathable shoes and socks, use warm water to soak feet. Don’t stay in a warm and humid environment for a long time, don’t share shoes and socks, bath tubs, footbaths and other daily necessities, and avoid foot skin injury in daily life.
2. Topical medication: you can apply miconazole nitrate cream, terbinafine cream and other antifungal drugs; when combined with bacterial infections, you can use antibiotic ointment treatment, such as erythromycin ointment, mupirocin ointment and so on.
3. Oral drugs: can also be used with oral antifungal drugs for treatment, such as terbinafine hydrochloride tablets, itraconazole, etc., to enhance the anti-therapeutic effect.
It is recommended that patients with athlete’s foot to regular hospitals, under the guidance of the doctor, do not blindly use their own medication, in order to avoid adverse reactions.
