Does cholecystitis cause redness in the palms of the hands

Cholecystitis does not usually cause redness in the palms. Redness in the palms can be due to certain physiologic causes, trauma, or liver disease.
Cholecystitis can be categorized into acute and chronic. Acute cholecystitis is characterized by acute right upper abdominal pain, fever, chills, radiating pain in the right scapula, accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, anorexia, etc. A small number of patients may also develop mild jaundice, but it does not cause palm redness.
