What causes hydrocele in the right kidney

Right hydronephrosis refers to fluid accumulation in the right kidney, which may be caused by urinary tract stones, prostate hyperplasia, congenital developmental abnormalities, genitourinary tumors and other factors.
1. Urinary stones: for example, bladder stones, ureteral stones, renal pelvis stones and so on, all of them may lead to right hydronephrosis.
2. Prostatic hyperplasia: it can lead to pathological enlargement of the prostate gland, which can cause certain pressure on the urethra, thus leading to obstruction and hydronephrosis.
3. Congenital developmental abnormality: it may be due to the ectopic opening of the ureter or the incomplete development of the sphincter, which may easily lead to urine reflux and cause hydronephrosis.
4. Tumor of genitourinary system: it is mostly seen in urethral cancer, ureteral cancer, renal pelvis cancer, etc., which will affect the urine discharge and cause hydronephrosis.
Right hydronephrosis may also be caused by other reasons, so you should go to the hospital in time to get a clear diagnosis and targeted treatment.
