The absence of sperms in semen is called azoospermia, which is mainly divided into obstructive azoospermia and non-obstructive azoospermia. Obstructive azoospermia can be treated by surgery. If the obstruction is in the epididymis, it can be treated by vasovaso-epididymal anastomosis surgery, which is to reanastomize the epididymal ducts with the vas deferens under the microscope, so that sperms can be discharged smoothly to achieve the treatment; if the obstruction is in the ejaculatory ducts, it can be treated by vesicoureteroscopy, which is to enter the vesicoureteroscope into the bilateral seminal vesicles through the small sacs of the prostate gland and flush them, so as to relieve the obstruction and recover the ability to have children. The data of our hospital shows that more than 80% of patients can be relieved of obstruction and restore fertility through surgical treatment.
