CAR-T cell therapy, also known as chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy, is a new precision targeted therapy for tumor cells technology introduced in recent years. We know that T lymphocytes are the immune cells of the human body and play an immune role in physiological activities, but when the body becomes diseased and cancer appears T lymphocytes cannot fully function. After years of research, scientists have isolated and extracted immune T-lymphocytes from cancer patients and made CAR-T cells through technical means for the treatment of certain cancers, which can change the protein structure of tumors and produce mutations to reduce or eliminate the ability of cancer cells to destroy the human body and achieve the purpose of tumor treatment. CAR-T cell therapy is currently effective in treating leukemia and lymphoma, but patients have severe reactions in the early stage of treatment and should be observed.
