What problems can occur with sleep disorders?

  Long-term insomnia without improvement can seriously affect physical and mental health and can lead to the following problems: (1) long-term insomnia can lead to a decline in body immunity and weakened resistance to various diseases; (2) long-term insomnia can lead to hypertension, heart disease, hyperlipidemia and senile dementia; (3) long-term insomnia can lead to memory loss, headache, mental discomfort, dizziness and tinnitus.  (4) Insomnia often leads to low work efficiency, nervousness and irritability, incompatibility with people around you, depression, boredom, and in severe cases, pessimism and misanthropy.  (5) Long-term insomnia causes lack of concentration, reduced thinking ability, depression, anxiety, mental tension and other emotions, dysfunction of the cerebral cortex, causing disorders of the vegetative nerves.  (6) Insomnia makes the body’s resistance decline, reduces physical quality, accelerates aging, triggers a variety of diseases, and shortens the life of a person.  (7) Decreased sleep quality in children can directly affect the growth and development of the body.
