Ovarian malignant tumor is one of the common malignant tumors in female reproductive organs, among which ovarian epithelial cancer has the highest mortality rate among all kinds of gynecological tumors and poses a serious threat to women’s lives. This year, the number of ovarian cancer patients has been increasing, and the trend is also younger. Ovarian cancer is extremely harmful to women, but it is easy to be ignored because there are few obvious symptoms in the early stage, so many patients have already reached the late stage when ovarian cancer is detected, and its prognosis and survival rate are extremely poor. 1. Menstrual changes. Because of the destruction of ovaries by tumor cells, the normal function of ovaries is affected, resulting in ovarian dysfunction, so the most obvious change is menstrual disorders, such as menstruation or amenorrhea are the most common manifestations; 2.lumbar and abdominal pain. As the tissues near the ovaries are infiltrated by cancer cells, pulling the surrounding tissues or causing adhesions to the surrounding tissues, it can cause pain in the surrounding waist and abdomen; 3. Abdominal distension is the most obvious and typical symptom of ovarian cancer in early stage. If there is no previous gastrointestinal disease or no obvious abnormality is found in the gastroenterology department, it is time to consider whether ovarian cancer is present; 4. Edema. Ovarian cancer is mainly manifested as vulvar edema, because the tumor compresses the pelvic veins, which leads to obstruction of blood flow and lymphatic flow, resulting in vulvar edema and lower limb edema; the incidence of ovarian cancer will gradually increase with age.
