Acupuncture points for ovarian care include the Sanyinjiao point and the Blood Sea point. The former is located at the posterior edge of the tibia near the recess of the bone edge; the latter is located two inches above the medial end of the patellar base. Massage from time to time to keep the ovaries functioning normally, for about 15 minutes each time, alternating between 2-3 times, for long-term adherence, is beneficial for women to maintain health, youth and regular menstruation. Massage points alone are not enough and need to be promoted in many ways. One, emotional stability, should not be very happy and sad; two, diet should be light, avoid chili and other stimulating food, avoid smoking and alcohol; three, should not be a long time strenuous exercise, to slightly sweating is appropriate; four, maintain sufficient sleep, 8 hours a day; five, sexual life should not be too complex and changeable, fixed sex partners, regular sex life, promote sex hormone secretion, regulate ovaries.
