The judgment of 1st to 2nd degree meniscus injury is based on the examination of MRI, and conservative treatment is usually given after the injury, and the self-healing time is about 8 to 10 weeks. Meniscus injury magnetic resonance three degrees of grading: 1 degree manifests as scattered point-like high signal shadow in the meniscus; 2 degrees manifests as a line-like high signal shadow in the meniscus, but does not involve the edge of the meniscus; 3 degrees manifests as a line-like high signal shadow through the edge of the meniscus. Meniscus 1~2 degree injury is usually treated with non-surgical treatment, long leg plaster cast or isometric knee brace for braking, immobilization time is usually 4~6 weeks, during which isometric exercise of quadriceps, hamstrings, gastrocnemius and hip extensors, flexors, retractors and spreaders is carried out to maintain the muscle tone. 6~8 weeks of gradual weight-bearing exercise and 8~10 weeks of full weight bearing can be carried out. During the conservative treatment of meniscus, weight bearing time is recommended to consult the physician and decide after the MRI examination of the knee joint.
