The CT report card of lung cancer is mainly based on the following aspects: 1) the size of lung cancer lesions and the location of lung cancer lesions; 2) whether there are enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes, enlarged axillary lymph nodes and enlarged cervical lymph nodes; 3) whether there is destruction of rib bones; 4) whether there is destruction of thoracic vertebrae; 5) whether there is pleural effusion. If the patient has the last lung CT, it is necessary to bring it over for a comparison, and the comparison can reveal whether the patient’s condition is aggravated or alleviated. If the patient is reviewed after treatment, the effect of treatment can be further understood, so that the next treatment can provide the corresponding treatment basis, and if necessary, the treatment plan needs to be changed.
