Common parts include sacrococcygeal area, sciatic tuberosity, heel, etc. Firstly, prevention should be done, mainly to reduce the pressure, you can lay air cushions on the bed to reduce the damage to the skin, followed by good turning care, you can turn the patient every 1 hour or 2 hours, and then you need to wash the back with hot towels, and you can also use hand massage to promote local blood circulation. You can also increase the patient’s nutrition, and if necessary, you can use parenteral nutrition to regulate the patient’s immune function.
