Causes of high hepatitis B surface antibodies and low core and e antibodies

High surface antibody, low core antibody and low e-antibody of hepatitis B usually indicates that the subject has been infected with hepatitis B virus and has recovered, or is in the recovery period of acute infection. In Hepatitis B Penta test, high hepatitis B surface antibody and low e antibody and core antibody means that all three items are positive, which generally indicates that the patient has been infected with hepatitis B virus and has recovered from the infection, and this is normal. Another possibility is that the patient is in the recovery period of acute infection, in this case, the hepatitis B five tests should be repeated regularly to exclude the possibility of hepatitis B surface antigen being positive again. If the result of Hepatitis B 5 test is abnormal, it is recommended to consult a doctor to get guidance from a specialist.
