Jiawei Pianwan is composed of fried Atractylodes macrocephala, Angelica sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Bupleurum Chinense, Peppermint, Mudanpi, Poria, and Ginger, etc. It can be used for treating distension and fullness of the coarseness and ribs, dizziness, fatigue, tiredness, menstrual disorders, and distension and pain in the umbilical region and abdomen resulting from the disorders of the liver and spleen, and the deficiency of the liver, depression, and blood. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not exact, and pregnant women are not allowed to take it.
Chinese medicine practitioners believe that colds need to be treated first, which is called “treating the symptom first when there is a symptom”, and then treating other diseases when the symptom is relieved. It is not recommended to take Jia Wei Yi Pian at the same time as cold medicines, as it may lead to the internalization of epidemics (evil qi on the surface of the muscles).
If you have symptoms, you should take the medicine under the guidance of a professional doctor, and do not take the medicine blindly by yourself to avoid delaying the condition or producing adverse reactions.
