Can back tendon pain heal naturally?

Some back tendon pain can heal on its own. This is seen in cases of mild fasciitis, muscle fatigue, or the presence of mild muscle spasms in the back. These conditions can be relieved by braking and resting, that is, by lying in bed. However, patients need to be aware that although enough relief is achieved, if the patient does not pay attention to the associated triggers, such as overuse of the back, or exposing the back to cold, such symptoms can recur and may be worse than the last one. If the patient has recurrent episodes, or if the symptoms are heavy at the beginning, they will not heal themselves by braking and resting or applying heat. Patients are advised to visit an orthopedic clinic as early as possible to clarify the cause of the disease and ask for help from the doctor to deal with it in order to handle it better and prevent the recurrence of such symptoms.
