The etiology and pathogenesis of Kimura’s disease are still unclear, and it is thought that it may be related to T-cell immunoregulatory disorders or IgE-mediated type I metaplasia, which are mainly thought to be caused by abnormalities in the patient’s immune function or due to metaplasia. It has been found that patients with Kimura’s disease have increased numbers of eosinophils and mast cells in peripheral blood and diseased tissues, as well as increased serum levels of IgE, TNF-alpha, TL-4, and IL-5, and some of the patients suffer from allergic diseases such as asthma and eczema, which may be due to parasitic infections or auto-immune system disorders. Kimura disease is mainly manifested as lymphocyte infiltration, vascular hyperplasia and other symptoms, and the slow development of the disease process, there is no obvious self-conscious symptoms in the early stage, it is relatively easy to be misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed, if the diagnosis, it is recommended that the timely surgical removal of the treatment, to avoid the further deterioration of the development of the disease caused by the serious impact.
