Emergency treatment for children with vomiting and diarrhea

Most vomiting and diarrhea in children is caused by improper diet. It is recommended to hospitalize immediately, improve stool routine, stool culture and drug sensitivity test. It is recommended to apply antidiarrheal medication, such as montelukast, to the patient. Add probiotics or mometas to regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora. Also, give the child fluids to replenish energy and nutrition to avoid dehydration and electrolyte disturbance. You can also use hot water bags or hot towels on the baby’s tummy and apply antibiotics and anti-inflammatory treatment if necessary. Avoid spicy, stimulating and greasy food. Pay attention to more rest and appropriate supplementation of sugar and salt water.
