The patient feels tired after sleeping, which is a manifestation of low sleep quality, mostly seen in patients with some sleep disorders, such as patients with sleep apnea syndrome, episodic sleep disorder, night terrors and other sleep-related diseases, which can easily lead to the phenomenon of mental fatigue that still exists when the patient wakes up from sleep. As the patient sleeps long enough at night, but the sleep quality is low, and there is serious nocturnal hypoxemia, which may cause the symptoms of cerebral hypoxia after waking up in the daytime. For this type of patients, first of all, the diagnosis should be clarified through polysomnography, and after the diagnosis is clarified, then targeted treatment should be given, such as sleep apnea syndrome patients should be selected according to the situation, surgical treatment or non-invasive ventilator-assisted treatment. There is no good treatment for episodic sleep disorder, only psychological treatment and symptomatic treatment.
