Women’s blood needs to be divided into four steps Women’s menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding and other physiological characteristics are prone to blood depletion, so relatively easy to be in a state of blood deficiency. Therefore, women should first pay attention to the maintenance of blood, blood sufficient to make the face rosy and beautiful, the spirit of vigor. According to the physiological characteristics of women, in a month, can be divided into four steps to carry out different regimen. Phase 1: Menstrual period (5~7 days of menstrual flow). During menstruation, the smooth discharge of menstrual blood is directly related to the body’s future recovery. Women in this period of health to “warm” mainly, avoid eating spicy food, otherwise it will lead to an increase in the amount of menstrual blood. At the same time, you should not eat cold food, so as not to clot the blood, stagnant blood. Also pay attention to keep warm, especially the navel, back waist and feet should not be cold. In summer, women should try to wear socks during their menstrual period. For most women, menstruation can be regulated with Si Wu Tang. Siwu Tang is a classic formula in Chinese medicine for nourishing and tonifying the blood, consisting of four herbs, Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong rhizome, Bai Shao and Shu Di, all of which have the effect of nourishing the liver. Menstruating women can take 15 grams of each of the four herbs, add water to a decoction and drink on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. Phase 2: Yin period (7 to 10 days after the end of menstruation). When menstruation has just ended, there is a relative deficiency of yin and blood, so it is called the “yin period”. At this time to nourish the liver and kidneys to promote the Yin blood gradually sufficient to prepare for the next menstruation. Two points must be noted, one is to avoid staying up late, because staying up late will secretly deplete the Yin blood; second, women in this stage still can not greedy cold, if you eat cold food, often stay up late, the light will cause endocrine disorders and menstrual disorders, the heavy will affect pregnancy and fertility. This stage can be added to the soup to nourish Yin and blood, nourishing the liver and kidney drugs, such as chasteberry, blackberry, Chinese wolfberry, angelica, etc.. However, if the spleen and stomach are not good and the digestive function is weak, it is recommended not to eat more of such nourishing drugs, or to eat with some spleen-boosting drugs, such as sand nuts, Chen Pi, etc. The third stage, the ovulation period (3-5 days between two menstrual periods). A woman sometimes feels a slight warmth in her body in January, accompanied by more clear, stretched leucorrhea stretched down, which is the period of preparation for pregnancy. As the yin energy in the body continues to grow, it gradually enters the process of shifting from yin to yang, and the sexual urge of women increases. For this stage of health, it is important to maintain emotional stability and not to get too excited. The ovulation period is relatively short and women who are ready to get pregnant can arrange sex during these two days, while maintaining an optimistic and stable mood, which is very beneficial for conception. In terms of diet, you can add some drugs that warm Yang and invigorate Blood, such as thorny ginseng, salvia and cinnamon, on top of the second stage, which can promote ovulation. Stage 4: Yang phase (5~7 days after ovulation until the next menstrual flow). During this period, women are in the Yang phase. The woman’s uterus is full of yin blood and yang energy, ready for conception. During this period, women pay attention not to get cold, not to eat cold drinks and other foods with low temperature. Some foods are cold in themselves, such as pears, grapes, mangosteen, watermelon, etc., which should also be avoided at this time. You can drink more Chinese yam porridge to strengthen the spleen and replenish kidney energy.
