How to Rehabilitate Vaginal Wall Prolapse

Rehabilitation training for patients with vaginal wall prolapse mainly focuses on pelvic floor muscle exercise, such as anal lifting exercise and using pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device.
1. Lift the anus: patients lift the anus, contract the pelvic floor muscles, and at the same time hold their breath, hold on for about 5 seconds and then relax and exhale, and exhale at the end of 1 group, continuously do 15~30 minutes, 2~3 times a day, or do 150~200 times a day, 6~8 weeks for a course of treatment, generally 4~6 weeks the patient’s function will be improved to a certain extent.
2. Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device: also known as vaginal dumbbells, used to assist the pelvic floor muscle exercise. Wash before use, take a semi-supine position, slowly put the vaginal dumbbell completely into the vagina, contract the pelvic floor muscles, feel the dumbbell rise. Start with walking exercises and gradually transition to squatting and jumping without falling. Train every day or every other day for 10-20 minutes.
