Ultrasound intervention is an important branch of modern ultrasound medicine, it is in real-time ultrasound monitoring and guidance, to complete a variety of diseases, puncture biopsy, ultrasound imaging, as well as suction, intubation, drug injection, microwave or radiofrequency treatment and other operations. Real-time ultrasound monitoring and guidance improves the accuracy and reliability of puncture, simple method, little damage, fast recovery, low cost, and good long-term efficacy. At present, the main projects of ultrasound intervention in our department 1, diagnostic ultrasound intervention: (1). Puncture biopsy (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidney, head and neck, limbs and other parts of the nature to be investigated for occupational lesions); (2). Thoracic fluid, ascites, cysts, abscesses and other fluid extraction and laboratory tests; 2. Therapeutic ultrasound intervention: (1). Thoracic and abdominal fluid aspiration and local injection of drugs; (2). Liver, spleen, kidney, pancreas, ovary and other organs cysts and abscesses puncture sclerotherapy; (3). Ultrasound-guided microwave or radiofrequency thermal coagulation ablation treatment for liver, kidney and breast tumors, etc.
