Vardenafil Hydrochloride Tablets increase the release of endogenous nitric oxide locally in the corpus cavernosum under the effect of sexual stimulation by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) that degrades cGMP in the corpus cavernosum of the human penis, which makes the smooth muscle relax and increases the cavernous blood flow in the human penis. So clinically the drug is used for the treatment of male penile erectile dysfunction. There are adverse reactions such as headache, dizziness, dyspepsia, nasal congestion after the use of the drug.
