There are several possible causes for neck to shoulder pain: first, cervical spine disease, when the cervical spine is neurogenic cervical spondylosis or cervical cervical spondylosis, there can be symptoms of neck to shoulder pain, then X-ray, CT and MRI of the cervical spine should be performed for early diagnosis and treatment; second, shoulder joint disease, when the shoulder joint has frozen shoulder or rotator cuff tear, there can be symptoms from the neck to shoulder pain, which can be accompanied by limitation of shoulder joint movement. Third, myofasciitis, which can radiate to the shoulder and neck, can cause soreness and pain, and can also cause weakness in the upper limbs.
