Symptoms of deficiency include fatigue, weakness, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia and dreaminess, yellowish color (yellowish without luster), pale white lips and nails, etc. It can be broadly categorized into qi, blood, yin, and yang deficiencies.
Qi deficiency manifests itself in symptoms such as lack of energy and laziness (lack of strength, not wanting to speak), easy fatigue, lack of energy, and low speech, especially after exercise, and in severe cases, dizziness, panic and a series of other manifestations.
Blood deficiency is mainly manifested in a series of manifestations such as pale lips and nails, yellowish face, and lack of luster of the skin, as well as insomnia at night and night sweating (sweating abnormally after going to sleep, and stopping sweating after waking up).
Yin deficiency manifests as dry mouth and tongue, dry eyes, thirst and constipation. Yang deficiency manifests as coldness of the limbs, cold hands and feet, etc.
