Kun Bao Wan is not recommended to be taken together with Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, the function of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan is mainly to nourish Yin and tonify the kidney, used for clinical symptoms such as kidney Yin deficiency, dizziness and tinnitus, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, bone steam and hot flashes, night sweating and spermatorrhea. Kun Bao Wan is also a tonic medicine, mainly used for nourishing the liver and kidney, calming and tranquilizing the mind, nourishing the blood and promoting the circulation, mainly used for women before and after menopause, menstrual disorders caused by deficiency of liver and kidney yin, hot flashes and sweating, insomnia, forgetfulness, irritability, dizziness and tinnitus, dry throat and thirst, aching limbs and joint pain. Both Kun Bao Wan and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan are indicated for the treatment of kidney yin deficiency. If there are no obvious symptoms, the two drugs are not recommended to be taken at the same time, which can have a drug superimposed effect. Although there are no contraindications for the two, they have similar effects, so it is not recommended to take them together.
