What causes duodenal bleeding

Duodenal bleeding can be caused by digestive foreign body, intestinal infection, excessive gastric acid secretion and so on.
1. Gastrointestinal foreign body: gastrointestinal foreign body damages duodenal mucosa and causes mucosal bleeding.
2. Intestinal infection: bacteria, parasites and other pathogens infect the intestinal tract, damaging the duodenal mucosa and causing bleeding.
3. Gastric acid secretion: due to a variety of reasons, excessive gastric acid secretion invades the duodenum, destroys the intestinal mucosa and causes bleeding. Uncontrolled diet and heavy alcohol consumption usually lead to acid secretion.
If the patient has duodenal bleeding, he should go to the hospital in time, clarify the cause and treat it actively, so as not to delay the condition.
