Lower extremity vascular blockage is mostly caused by high blood pressure, partly caused by aging of blood vessels with age, including venous vascular blockage as well as arterial vascular blockage, which can be treated by intervention and medication.
1. Venous stenosis, generally refers to deep vein stenosis, for deep vein stenosis, if there is no clinical symptom can be closely observed, if there is a clinical symptom, can be used for interventional balloon dilatation, stent implantation, and after the operation, oral anticoagulant drugs should be taken;
2. For arterial stenosis, if the stenosis is not more than 70% and there are no clinical symptoms, it can be controlled by diet, proper exercise, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high blood fat, and oral statin antilipid drugs can be taken. If the stenosis is more than 70% and there are clinical symptoms, it is clear whether open bypass or interventional balloon dilatation or stent implantation can be used, and antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy should be given after the operation.
All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication.
