What you can’t eat with wind chill

Wind-cold is an etiological term in Chinese medicine, referring to the combination of wind and cold. Clinical manifestations can be seen in symptoms such as heavy cold, light fever, headache, body pain, stuffy nose and runny nose, cough, thin white tongue coating and floating tight pulse. You should not eat these foods for wind chill: 1. Avoid eating raw and cold foods, melons and fruits and cold drinks, which can easily aggravate wind chill cough; 2. Avoid eating tobacco, alcohol, spicy and irritating foods, which can easily stimulate the tracheal mucosa and aggravate the cough; 3. If you have phlegm in wind chill cough, you should also eat less sweets, as sweetness can aggravate the discomfort in the throat and aggravate the cough.
