Where does vulvar cancer grow in the early stages?

In the early stage, vulvar cancer usually grows on the labia majora and minora. Vulvar cancer belongs to a kind of malignant tumor, mainly primary squamous epithelial cancer, secondary malignant tumors are rare. In the early stage of vulvar cancer, it usually grows in the labia majora, labia minora, vaginal vestibule, clitoris and other parts. Patients will have nodules in vulva, often accompanied by local pain and itching, and some patients will also have symptoms of vulvar leukoplakia, and when the tumor is close to or invades into the urethra, it may cause patients to have symptoms of urinary pain, frequent urination, difficulty in urination, etc. In the advanced stage, patients will also have symptoms of local pain and itching. In the advanced stage, patients may also show localized ulcers and irregular papillary or cauliflower-shaped lumps.
