Female, 46 years old, left iliac inguinal cord sensation for more than 9 months, aggravated by lying down, slightly relieved by standing, gradually aggravated, unable to lie down at night during sleep for more than 4 months. She was unable to sleep at night for more than 4 months. She presented with straining to pass stool and a feeling of incomplete urination. MRI examination suggested an intracapsular extramedullary occupying tumor in the T12L1 segment of the spinal canal. The operation lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the bleeding volume was about 300 ml. After surgery, the original symptoms disappeared, and urination and defecation returned to normal. The stitches were removed 10 days after surgery, and the lumbar girth was fixed and moved on the ground 14 days later. The pathological diagnosis was glioblastoma.
