Interpretation of results: Positive results are red or purple bands at C and T, and the band at T can be dark or light. A negative result is a red or purple band at C and no band at T. If the red or purple band is not present at C, the result will be interpreted. If there is no red or purple band at C, regardless of whether there is a band at T or not, the result is invalid and the sample needs to be re-sampled for testing. If the result is negative, dispose of all nasal swabs, test cards, sampling tubes, etc. in a sealed bag as general trash. If the result is positive, it should be handed over to the medical institution for disposal as medical waste.
