There are many reasons for the patient’s headache, dizziness and hand numbness, the most common consideration is caused by neurological weakness or cerebral blood supply insufficiency and cervical spondylosis, which should be clarified by combining the patient’s form of onset as well as the relevant examination. Firstly, if the patient is middle-aged or elderly, if there are risk factors of cerebral arteriosclerosis, and Doppler examination reveals the existence of cerebral vascular stenosis and slow blood flow, dizziness, headache and numbness of the hands should be considered to be caused by insufficient cerebral blood supply. Secondly, if the patient has episodes of dizziness, headache and hand numbness under improper posture, it is considered to be related to cervical spondylosis, which can be clarified by cervical spine MRI or CT. This is because a herniated cervical disc can cause pressure on the nerve roots and lead to hand numbness, and it can also cause pressure on the vertebral arteries, leading to dizziness and headache symptoms.
