Late pregnancy hyperthermia, the most common diseases are cold, fever, and pyelonephritis. If the body temperature exceeds 38.5℃, antipyretics should be given promptly, and antibiotics should be given for combined infection, while drinking plenty of water to prevent water loss during fever reduction and dehydration of the organism. Ice packs should be applied when the body temperature exceeds 39℃ to prevent hyperthermia convulsions, repeated hyperthermia and fever reduction. Ultrasound should be reviewed regularly to understand the amniotic fluid index to avoid causing too little amniotic fluid. If amnionitis is suspected, such as relatively high inflammatory index, uterine body pressure, rapid fetal heartbeat, odor of vaginal discharge or combined with premature rupture of membranes, the pregnancy should be terminated promptly.
