Laparoscopic surgery can treat ovarian cysts

Laparoscopic surgery can be used to treat ovarian cysts, and there are currently two routes to surgery: 1. Laparoscopic surgery, also known as minimally invasive surgery, and 2. There is also a type of surgery called open surgery. Through both surgical routes, the treatment of ovarian cysts can be achieved. However, for patients with ovarian cysts, surgical treatment is not necessary once the ovarian cysts are detected by ultrasound, because ovarian cysts are divided into physiological cysts and pathological cysts. For physiological cysts, they may disappear after the next menstrual period when the gynecological ultrasound is repeated. For pathologic cysts that persist, surgery is considered a viable option, and laparoscopic surgery can be chosen.
