The child was 42 days old when he came to the hospital, and was admitted with “laryngeal tinnitus for more than 40 days, aggravated by dyspnea for 1 day”. The child had intermittent laryngeal tinnitus since birth, especially during and after breastfeeding, with blue face when crying, feeding difficulties, growth retardation, snoring during sleep, and easy vomiting. He was admitted to the pediatric intensive care ward with ventilator-assisted therapy and rehydration support for symptomatic treatment, and was improved with electronic laryngoscopy and CT-enhanced examination. congenital lingual root cyst; on November 07, 2014, lingual root cyst excision + supraglottoplasty was performed under laryngoscopic support with the aid of general endoscopy with tracheal intubation, and active treatment was given after surgery.
