Rizatriptan can be used to treat migraine, but it cannot cure the disease.1 Rizatriptan benzoate tablets are indicated to relieve acute attacks of migraine and are restricted to adults, and are not indicated for patients with hemiplegia or basal migraine. Rizatriptan tablets are a potent vasoconstrictor, so they can be used to treat the cause of migraine attacks and reduce the duration of migraine attacks by constricting the blood vessels. 2. The side effects are relatively mild and rarely cause end constriction of blood vessels and limb necrosis, but it must be noted that it is only used to reduce migraine in the acute phase and cannot be used for migraine prevention or long-term treatment of migraine.
